Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (RN/LPN) at Mercer Hill in Doylestown, PA. The role supports the Resident Care Director, supervising care staff and monitoring residents’ health needs.

Strong communication with families and physicians is essential, as is adherence to state requirements. The Wellness Nurse administers medications, assists with care plans, and helps ensure smooth daily operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing practice and resident care standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in geriatric settings preferred.
• Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care associates and assist the Resident Care Director.
• Monitor residents' health needs and coordinate with physicians and families.
• Administer topical and oral medications and injections as allowed by regulation.
• Ensure staffing coverage and maintain incident/accident reports.
• Participate in community marketing and enhance occupancy.
