Paycom - ATS in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a full-time Memory Care leader with an active LPN licensure or RMA and at least 3 years in dementia care. You will design and oversee the Memory Care program, mentor staff, manage budgets and ensure a safe, compassionate environment for residents and families.

You will lead a clinical team, contribute to quality initiatives, support infection-control measures, and coordinate care plans during move-in, all while upholding regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Maintains current LPN licensure or RMA certification.
• Minimum of three years of dementia care experience.
• Demonstrates leadership and supervisory ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates compassionate, dignified care.
