Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a compassionate Director of Memory Care to lead memory-impaired resident programs, engage with families, and oversee daily activities. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a focus on resident wellbeing.

You will oversee staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure safety and compliance across shifts within a luxury senior living setting. LPN certification and memory care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills and interact effectively with residents and staff.
• Experience with memory care, long-term care, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff training abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Memory Care in daily staffing meetings and ensure cross-shift communication.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations; respond to information requests.
• Develop personalized service plans reflecting residents’ preferences; monitor health status.
• Coordinate elopement drills, safety programs, and fall prevention efforts.
• Provide training and orientation for new employees and ensure dementia care training is completed.
