Paycom - ATS is seeking a Resident Care Manager (Memory Care) licensed in California to oversee memory care residents and collaborate with leadership to provide safe, high-quality care. You will coordinate staffing, assessments, and clinical services while working with families and physicians to address concerns.

The role requires an LVN or RN license in CA, 2+ years of experience in RCFE/MC/AL, and strong dementia care knowledge. Flexible hours and collaboration with the AL program are expected.

Qualifikationen

• California LVN or RN license required.
• Two years' experience in RCFE, MC, or AL with direct resident care and/or clinical oversight.
• Strong knowledge of dementia care principles and person-centered care.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff in sensitive situations.
