Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to manage daily operations and ensure quality care for residents under the Director of Resident Care. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating services, and maintaining a safe, clean environment in the memory care setting.

The coordinator communicates with residents, families, and staff, ensures documentation complies with regulations, and supports residents’ physical, social, and emotional needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• At least one year of dementia/Alzheimer’s experience.
• Experience supervising and managing staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the memory care department's daily operations.
• Supervise and schedule staff to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Coordinate services with dietary, maintenance and housekeeping teams.
