Morningside Elite Management in Setauket, New York is hiring a Director of Memory Care to lead dementia programming across Stepping Stones and Memory Lane. You will oversee resident care, supervise staff, and engage families to maintain high satisfaction and compliant operations.

This leadership role partners with Health and Wellness, Life Enrichment, and sales teams to advance memory care services, stay abreast of regulatory requirements, and drive ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory/management in memory care or assisted living environments.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dementia care programming and resident services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and staffing.
• Lead staff training and performance evaluations.
• Support marketing with dementia leads and tours.
• Develop Life Enhancement Programming Calendars with Life Enrichment director.
• Coordinate with families, physicians, and health care agencies.
