BridgeWater by Legacy Retirement Communities is seeking a compassionate Memory Care Director to lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional, person-centered care for residents with memory loss. You will partner with families and leadership to maintain safety, dignity, and meaningful engagement.

The role requires CNA and CPR certifications, prior memory care leadership in senior living, and a proven ability to coach teams, manage schedules, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in memory care or senior living leadership preferred.
• Compassionate, confident leader with a passion for serving seniors.
• Experience supervising direct-care associates.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s/dementia and memory care practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Memory Care operations with high standards for resident care.
• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and develop Memory Care staff.
• Ensure staffing levels and scheduling meet resident needs.
• Foster resident-centered environment emphasizing dignity and independence.
• Participate in resident assessments and develop service plans.
• Ensure adherence to care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Support recruitment, retention, and staff engagement within the team.
• Maintain documentation and protect resident confidentiality.
