Job summary

Azura Memory Care & Assisted Living of Verona is seeking a Memory Care Director to join our leadership team, shaping a community built on compassion, connection, and purpose. You will work alongside the Executive Director to support daily operations, develop staff, and create an environment where residents feel at home.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with the Executive Director to ensure high resident care and service standards.
• Develop and coach the team, schedule, and maintain employee engagement to foster teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company standards, and best practices.
• Build relationships with residents and families and advocate for quality of life.
• Assist with budgeting, operational planning, quality improvement, and community initiatives.
• Inspire others and cultivate a welcoming, positive environment for residents and staff.

Azura Memory Care & Assisted Living of Verona is looking for a passionate and motivated Memory Care Director to join our leadership team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents, families, and team members while helping lead a community built around compassion, connection, and purpose.

At Azura, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional leadership. As Memory Care Director, you’ll work closely with the Executive Director to support the day-to-day operations of our Verona community, develop our team, and help create an environment where residents truly feel at home.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of the community and ensure a high standard of resident care and service.
• Support team development, coaching, scheduling, and employee engagement while helping build a strong culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Help ensure compliance with state regulations, company standards, and best practices.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families and serve as a strong advocate for their needs and quality of life.
• Assist with budgeting, operational planning, quality improvement, and community initiatives.
• Step in as a leader who inspires others and helps create a positive, welcoming environment for both residents and team members.

What We’re Looking For

A compassionate, confident leader with experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, or memory care.

Previous Leadership Or Management Experience Preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

A genuine passion for working with older adults and creating meaningful experiences for residents.

Someone who leads by example, builds strong relationships, and is ready to grow with a mission-driven organization.
