Job summary

Azura Living is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead our memory care program with a focus on dementia care, staff development, and meaningful resident engagement.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor the team, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to improve quality of care and resident satisfaction. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's preferred; healthcare leadership experience in senior living is ideal. This is a full-time on-site role in Milwaukee.
