Job summary

Azura Memory Care & Assisted Living of Verona is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to join our leadership team. You'll work closely with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations, support the development of our team, and help create an environment where residents feel at home.

This role emphasizes compassion, compliance, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to influence budgeting, quality initiatives, and community programs while fostering a positive, purpose-driven

Qualifications

• Compassionate leader with healthcare/senior living/memory care experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations and resident care.
• Support team development, coaching, scheduling, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Build relationships with residents and families to advocate for quality of life.
• Assist with budgeting, operational planning, and quality improvement.
• Inspire and lead a positive, welcoming environment.
