Job summary

Azura Memory Care and Assisted Living of Verona, WI is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead daily operations, foster a compassionate culture, and ensure a superb resident experience.

You will coach staff, manage staffing and scheduling, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members while driving quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, or memory care.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leader who builds relationships, inspires others, and leads with compassion.
• Willingness to coach, develop, and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily community operations with the Executive Director.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for senior care? Azura of Verona is looking for a motivated and compassionate Memory Care Director to help lead our team and create an exceptional experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do
