Sonida Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator for Magnolia Trails at East Lake in Tarpon Springs, FL. This role engages residents, plans meaningful activities, and supports memory care residents with compassionate, person-centered care.

The position emphasizes safety, dignity, and rights protection, with opportunities for ongoing education, cross-team collaboration, and use of advanced care planning tools within a supportive community.

• Ensures residents' right to make personal choices in accordance with their service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State, and Federal guidelines.
