Symphony Manor, a Sonida Senior Living community in Baltimore, MD, seeks a Magnolia Trails Director for Memory Care Activities. You will develop monthly programming aligned with resident preferences and train new staff on Magnolia Trails pillars to maintain a safe, enriching environment.

You will also communicate with families, provide education, and conduct tours for prospective residents when needed. Qualifications include CPR/First Aid certification and a bachelor's degree or credits

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification maintained.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails pillars and expectations.
• Ensure resident safety by following policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and families when necessary.

Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) Responsibilities Include

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.


• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.


• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.


• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.


• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.

Compensation: $65,00 -70,000
