Job summary

Curry House Assisted Living and Memory Care, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Magnolia Trails Director to lead memory care activities and programming. You will design monthly calendars, supervise staff, ensure resident safety, and engage with families to provide ongoing support.

The role emphasizes fostering a engaging, resident-centered environment with strong teamwork and ongoing learning opportunities within a premier retirement community.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
