Qualifications

• Knowledge of high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Maintain personal hygiene and hair restraint.
• Ability to learn kitchen equipment and safety practices.
• CPR/First Aid Certification during employment.
• Must hold a Food Handler card.

Responsibilities

• Record and deliver meal and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve promptly and courteously, keep tables clean.
• Check on residents during meals and address needs.
• Set up dining room, reset tables, and maintain cleanliness.
• Deliver room service orders and know menu details.
• Maintain professional, welcoming interactions with residents.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service.
