Job summary

Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC is seeking a part-time Server for The Stafford memory care and assisted living community in Lake Oswego, Oregon. You will provide dining service to residents, take orders, serve meals, set tables, and maintain a clean, pleasant dining area.

Weekday evenings 4-8pm; varied schedule. Must uphold food safety standards, interact warmly with residents, and collaborate with kitchen staff. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training in food service sanitation and safety.
• Maintain high personal hygiene standards (hand washing, hair containment).
• Interpersonal skills to relate with residents and staff.
• Learn to operate basic kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and deliver meal and beverage orders from residents.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and attractively.
• Provide attentive, friendly service and address residents' needs or concerns.
• Set up dining room before meals and maintain cleanliness during service.
• Clear and reset tables after meals for the next service.
• Take and deliver room service orders to residents' apartments.
• Know the menu and dietary needs to answer questions.
