Forest Ridge Assisted Living, a community of Navion Senior Living, is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator (Med Tech) to lead a 12-resident Memory Care unit and oversee daily operations with a compassionate, engaged approach.

The role requires experience in memory care settings, MedTech certification, and a strong focus on resident well-being, programming, and teamwork. This full-time position may require holidays and weekends, with opportunities to grow within a supportive organization.

Qualifikationen

• MedTech certification required or preferred.
• Experience with memory care residents beneficial.
• Strong understanding of elder needs and dementia care.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct resident services and medication management when needed.
• Schedule and supervise resident care staff.
• Coordinate daily assignments and care plans for Memory Care residents.
• Develop programming tailored to memory care residents.
• Maintain Memory Boxes and resident documentation.
• Collaborate with Activities Coordinator for outings and activities.
• Update resident service plans reflecting needs and abilities.
• Communicate with physicians regarding health status.
