Integral Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to assist the Director of Resident Care in promoting optimal resident care within Assisted Living and Memory Care units. This role coordinates care services provided by caregivers and medication aides, while focusing on staff development and ensuring compliance with federal and state policies.

Responsibilities include interviewing and supervising staff, coordinating schedules, overseeing education, and ensuring proper documentation

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications as required by the state.

• Ensure provision of services to residents and compliance with Federal and State policies.
• Interview, hire, evaluate and supervise department staff.
• Coordinate staffing in accordance with policies, budgets, and state law.
• Oversee staff education and training for caregivers and medication aides.
• Coordinate assessments and maintain resident care documentation.
• Promote safety and infection control programs.
• Coordinate prescription orders with doctors and pharmacies.
• Maintain safety, oversee audits and participate in safety drills.
• Support census growth and referral development.
