Job summary

The Springs Living in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to lead the Footsteps Memory Care Program and collaborate with the community RN to ensure accurate resident care. The role emphasizes strong communication, program oversight, and staff mentorship.

You will oversee service plans, monitor charts, coach caregivers and med techs, and coordinate scheduling within the health services team. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years demonstrated experience successfully leading teams
• Previous administrator experience/licensure preferred.
• Professional experience working with senior populations with dementia
• Prior experience working in senior living as RSC
• Prior experience with medication administration and caregiving highly preferred
• Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test
• 3-5 years Health Care experience
• MC and OARS regulations knowledge

Job Description

The Memory Care Coordinator is the main point of contact for residents, families, and staff regarding resident care needs for our Footsteps Memory Care Program. The MCC must be an excellent communicator as they need to ensure all parties are appropriately informed. In this position, you will work closely with the community RN to ensure the accuracy of care for our treasured residents. Duties include:

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

This position is part of the greater health services team supporting senior residents in assisted living and memory care.
