The Springs Living, LLC in Eugene, OR is seeking a compassionate Memory Care caregiver to support residents with memory loss and assist with daily activities.

This full-time role emphasizes warmth, companionship, and teamwork to adapt service plans as residents’ needs evolve. Starting wage is $17 per hour, DOE, with training provided and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; training provided.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test.
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Memory Care requires special care for residents with memory loss.
• Support residents with daily routines per service plans (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide warmth, companionship and patience to residents.
• Collaborate in developing/revising service plans; inform supervisor of needs and preferences.
• Answer pages and call lights.

Job Description

• Memory Care requires that extra special person to care for residents with memory loss: are you that person?


• Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or personal grooming.


• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents.


• Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.


• Answer pages and call lights
