You will provide gentle companionship, help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility while leading activities and supporting family concerns.

The role emphasizes compassion, communication, and reliability, with state-dependent CNA/CHHA licensing as needed and basic computer skills for scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors with dementia preferred.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Compassionate, kind, engaging and helpful.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and consistent support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with mealtime, laundry, and basic housekeeping in memory care.
• Ensure concerns are addressed with timely follow-up and care.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with residents and staff.
