Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking caring professionals to support memory care residents in daily activities and group engagement. You will provide companionship, help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility, and lead activities to promote independence.

The role requires empathy, English proficiency, and possibly a CNA/CHHA license depending on the state. A positive, professional demeanor is essential in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia preferred.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and communicate in emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) are required.
• Compassionate, kind, engaging and helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents.
• Assist Memory Care residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Participate in and lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Serve residents during mealtime and assist with memory care laundry and basic housekeeping.
• Address resident/family/employee concerns promptly to support high satisfaction.
