Senior Lifestyle in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Care Associate for Memory Care on the 2nd shift. You will provide compassionate companionship, assist residents with activities of daily living, and support memory care services to promote independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia preferred.
• Ability to perform activities of daily living for residents.
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with staff and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Lead or participate in one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with mealtime, laundry, and basic housekeeping within memory care neighborhood.
• Ensure concerns from residents, families, or staff are addressed promptly.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with residents, visitors, and coworkers.
