Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking compassionate caregivers to support memory care residents with daily activities, meals, and engaging activities. The role emphasizes patient dignity, independence, and a warm, respectful approach in a memory care setting.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility while fostering a safe and engaging environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia or memory care is preferred.
• Proficient English to perform duties and communicate with team.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word are expected.
• Compassionate, kind, engaging and helpful.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to solve practical problems in dynamic settings.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Lead and participate in one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping within memory care area.
• Respond to resident/family/employee concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with residents, visitors and coworkers.
