Evergreen Retirement Community in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Memory Care on 2nd shift, both FT and PT opportunities. You will provide compassionate support to residents, foster independence in daily activities, and participate in group and one-on-one activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities in memory care.
• Assist with mealtime, laundry, and basic housekeeping in memory care area.
• Respond to resident/family/employee concerns with timely follow-up.
