Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Caregiver for Memory Care on the 2nd shift. Responsibilities include providing kind companionship and assisting residents with activities of daily living in memory care.

You will lead group and one-on-one activities, help with mealtimes, light housekeeping, and care-related tasks while maintaining a warm, respectful demeanor and ensuring timely communication with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors with dementia preferred.
• English proficiency sufficient to perform duties and emergency response.
• CNA or CHHA license depending on state may be required.
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring companionship and support to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Lead and participate in one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with mealtime, memory care laundry, and light housekeeping within memory care neighborhood.
• Ensure concerns from resident/family/staff are addressed promptly.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers.
