Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is hiring for a Care Associate – Assisted Living (AL) on the FT 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm) in Cincinnati, OH. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide emotional and social support, and document daily logs under supervision.

Qualifications include at least one year in senior care, English proficiency, and possibly a CNA/CHHA license depending on state. A compassionate, team-oriented attitude and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• English proficiency sufficient to perform duties and emergency communications.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and activities of daily living.
• Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
• Respect residents’ confidentiality.
