Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. Part-time shifts available: 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am, with duties including assisting with daily living tasks and documenting care.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license, with preferred experience in nursing or assisted living and a background in dementia care. This role emphasizes compassionate service and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
