Job summary
Morning Pointe Memory Care Communities seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant/CNA to support residents in daily living activities within a caring, secure environment that honors dignity and independence. You will engage residents, work with a team, and contribute to meaningful experiences for those in memory care.

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist with activities of daily living.
- Able to stand for long periods while caring for residents.
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily living activities to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, bed making and related duties.
- Help residents with meals and snacks and assist with setup and serving as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties as necessary.
