Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for Memory Care on a PRN all shifts basis. You will support residents with daily activities in a loving, secure environment that promotes dignity and independence.

Our team emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and a professional appearance. Roles include assisting with daily living activities, meals, and light housekeeping, with opportunities to participate in training and career development.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• Can-do attitude and enjoyment of caregiving.
• Able to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs.
• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary.
• Housekeeping duties as necessary.
