Job summary

Silverado Bellevue, a memory care innovator, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the AM shift on a part-time basis. The role focuses on compassionate care for residents with memory impairments, coupling clinical tasks with heartfelt engagement.

You will support activities of daily living, build meaningful relationships, and document care accurately for the nursing team. Washington state CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA training completion with valid certificate number required.
• Experience caring for individuals with memory impairments preferred.
• Good English communication skills in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for residents with memory impairments.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the Silverado team.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
