Job summary

Silverado Frederick is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with memory impairment. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain care records, and collaborate with the care team to enhance residents’ quality of life.

This part-time PM shift offers competitive pay and benefits. CNA certification is required, with paid training and opportunities for internal mobility within Silverado’s memory care program.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification required and valid CNA certificate number.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable transportation for attendance and punctuality.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be active on shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents with memory impairments.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to nursing staff.
