Job summary

Silverado Franklin is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

You’ll work full-time on the NOC shift (Thursday - Saturday) with competitive pay and benefits. The team values heart, integrity, and collegial collaboration to help residents live with dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance standards.
• Comfortable working around animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
