Job summary

We offer a full-time AM shift (6:00am–2:30pm) with competitive pay ranging from $15 to $19 per hour, plus benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more. CNA certificate required; high school diploma acceptable; reliable transportation and English communication essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CNA certificate number required
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation for attendance
• Effective verbal and written English communication
• Physical ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable around animals/pets

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents with memory impairments
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining)
• Build relationships with residents, families, and Silverado team
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
