Job summary

Silverado Belmont Hills, a memory care innovator, is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide hands‑on support to residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You will work in a team-oriented environment, building relationships and ensuring a respectful, engaging living space.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and clear communication. Schedule: Full Time, PM shift, 4 days on / 2 days off, with competitive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
