Silverado Bellevue, a memory care innovator, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for the AM shift on a part-time basis. The role focuses on compassionate care for residents with memory impairments, coupling clinical tasks with heartfelt engagement.

You will support activities of daily living, build meaningful relationships, and document care accurately for the nursing team. Washington state CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CNA training completion with valid certificate number required.

• Good English communication skills in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments
• Support residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Anticipated pay range

$23 - $26 USD
