Silverado Belmont Hills is seeking Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building within a compassionate team.

You lead with heart, communicate effectively, and maintain care records while contributing to a safe, engaging environment. The position offers paid training and strong internal mobility, with a full-time PM shift.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).

• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
