The successful candidate will have Missouri CNA certification, experience in memory care, and a patient-centered approach. Vaccination against COVID-19 is preferred or willing to vaccinate. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Position: Memory Care Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Status: Full-Time
Shift: 12-hour / 4:3 schedule – FLEXIBLE
Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
Previous memory care or dementia care experience preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to resident care
Completed COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive vaccination
High school diploma or equivalent
Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents while assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide compassionate support to residents living with dementia and other memory-related conditions
Encourage residents to socialize and participate in activities that support their emotional and overall well-being
Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and other daily care needs
Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment where residents can thrive
Use patience, compassion, and understanding when working with residents experiencing memory loss or changes in behavior
Pass out meal trays and document food and fluid intake
Assist residents with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
Make beds and maintain clean, organized, and comfortable resident spaces
Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the nursing staff
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the daily care and well-being of our residents
