Job summary

St Andrew's at Francis Place is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain safety and comfort in a supportive senior living environment. Under the supervision of the charge nurse, you will monitor vital signs, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and transfers, and encourage meaningful engagement for residents.

Missouri CNA certification is required; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certified in Missouri.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Memory Care experience a plus.
• Compassion for Seniors.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents including ADL's (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and oral hygiene).
• Assist with ambulating or transferring residents to and from daily functions.
• Perform basic nursing skills at direction of charge nurse (vital signs, weight, I&O's, etc.).
