Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of CMA program that meets state requirements.
• Active CMA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Verify resident identity before medication administration and document dosage and time.
• Monitor residents for medication effects and report adverse reactions.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care and intake/output in line with policies.
• Support with admission, discharge and transfer paperwork as required.
