Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks a Certified Medication Aide for Memory Care to administer prescribed medications, provide personal care, and support residents with daily living activities. You will work under supervision to ensure safety, accuracy, and compassionate care in a memory care setting.

Role emphasizes adherence to MAR/TAR, state regulations, and regulatory guidelines, with opportunities for training and professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ month of experience in relevant role preferred.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Medication Technician certification may be required per state regulations.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and communicate with team.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications per MAR/TAR and document accurately.
• Provide personal care and general nursing tasks including ADLs.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records.
• Restock medications and ensure proper storage of meds and supplies.
• Attend training and maintain compliance with P&P and regulatory guidelines.
• Complete medical charts for admissions/readmissions within 48 hours.
