Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for Memory Care (MC) in Agoura Hills, CA. The role involves supervising self-administered medications, providing personal care, and assisting with ADLs under LPN/LVN/RN guidance and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include managing medication storage, documenting MARs/TARs, and ensuring accurate charting and daily logs. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ month of experience, and a state-certified Medication

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ month of experience; Senior Living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with supervisors.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise self-administered medication in memory care per regulations.
• Count and verify narcotics with approved personnel; report discrepancies.
• Receive and verify medicines; notify pharmacy of discrepancies.
• Provide personal care and general nursing tasks as assigned.
• Document in daily log and respond to resident needs; assist with ADLs.
