Qualifications

• Maryland CNA license and CMA certification required.
• Previous CMA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation in EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs on residents at start of shift and as directed.
• Assist residents with preparation for health examinations.
• Record and document residents’ medical records.
• Set up and administer medications per orders and state/federal regulations.
• Maintain medication inventory and report discrepancies.
• Create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Attend trainings to maintain certification and care quality.
