Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Caregiver- PT (Memory Care) in Portland, OR. The caregiver will support residents with ADLs, meals, and activities in a memory care setting, working swing shifts and weekends as needed.

The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care within MBK's resident-first culture, with opportunities for training, growth, and teamwork in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years caregiving experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to perform the essential duties.
• Background clearances, health screening, and TB testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming.
• Assist in mealtimes: selecting meals, serving, and delivering room trays as needed.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers using proper techniques.
• Respond to residents’ behavioral expressions with compassion and follow policies.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community.
