Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated PT AM Caregiver to support memory care residents in our community. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, and contribute to a respectful, safe, and engaging environment during Saturday 6am-2pm shifts.

The role emphasizes patient dignity, teamwork, and high-quality service, with opportunities for training and growth within a compassionate senior living program.

Qualifications

• Caregiver certification required or preferred.
• Nurses aide certification preferred.
• Current first aid certification required or preferred.
• Must be able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining each resident’s self-respect and dignity.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, laundry).
• Assist with mealtime choices, serving, and room tray delivery.
• Transport residents safely using proper techniques and equipment.
• Perform regular safety checks and monitor resident conditions.
• Encourage participation in daily activities and meaningful engagement.
• Manage oxygen equipment per MD orders and document observations.
• Respond to alerts and emergencies promptly; participate in safety drills.
