Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver- Memory Care in Portland, OR. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to memory care residents, assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, and activities, while upholding dignity and safety.

The position requires strong communication, adherence to ISP plans, and a team-first attitude. Full-time hours with day shift Thursday through Sunday, prior caregiving experience preferred, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in care settings or with seniors preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and transfer assistance as needed.
• Support wellness activities and ensure resident dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Maintain clean and organized living areas and perform light housekeeping tasks.
