MBK Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Caregiver to provide high-quality daily living assistance to residents in a supportive, hospitality-centered environment. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, and social activities, ensuring dignity, safety and individualized care plans are followed.

• Provide compassionate resident care and support with activities of daily living.
• Demonstrate clear, empathetic communication with residents and teammates.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and care policies and procedures.

Mansioni

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining independence and dignity.
• Review shift plans and ISP documentation at start of shift.
• Complete all resident assignments as directed in ISP during shift.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, and incontinence care.
• Provide safe transport and transfers for residents as needed.
• Respond to behavioral expressions with compassion and follow policy.
• Lead activities and engagements to encourage participation and well-being.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents as required.
