Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver FT (Memory Care) to support residents in a memory care setting. The role involves ADL assistance, mobility support, medication reminders, and companionship, with a focus on safety and respectful care.

A 1+ year caregiving background is preferred, and shifts include day coverage with strong teamwork. Applicants should have a high school diploma and relevant certifications; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred; First Aid/CPR may be required.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care while supporting residents’ social and emotional well-being.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and dignity per ISP and facility policies.
• Report changes in resident condition and communicate with the care team.
