MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for memory care to join our team in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. You will support residents with activities of daily living, meals, and mobility, while ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

The role emphasizes compassionate, hands-on care and collaboration with a supportive team to enrich residents’ lives and uphold MBK’s commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and strong customer service.
• Ability to maintain resident dignity, privacy and safety.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and transfers using proper techniques.
• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining independence and dignity.
• Follow individualized care plans and document changes in condition.
