Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a Caregiver to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in a PRN role across our Western United States communities. You will assist with ADLs, transportation, and daily activities, while prioritizing dignity and safety.

The position offers flexible, part-time or PRN shifts, with full-time benefits for eligible team members. Training, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications preferred.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless state requires otherwise.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport for residents and escort to meals, activities, and programs.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Maintain safety checks and report changes in residents' condition or well-being.
• Support social and emotional well-being with compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents as required.
• Follow ISP guidance and care plans for individualized resident services.
